How our fall detector alarms work?
A personal alarm can be worn on your wrist, as a necklace around your neck, or simply placed in your pocket or handbag. A separate SOS button is featured on the wristband or pendant. When you hit the button, a call to a professional medical operator is placed. They will rapidly determine whether you require emergency assistance, arrange for it, and/or call a next of kin.
If you fall and are unable to press the emergency button, the automatic fall detector may* automatically connect to a trained operator through the device.
(*some minor falls may not trigger the fall detector)
